The Imperial Holonet News team recently had the pride of attending a press conference held by Mos Entha Imperial Garrison Commanding Officer, Captain Ardran Osir. The head of the 336th Sentinel Company had a surprise guest - the infamous Rebel Aaricia Silverstar.

Before we get on with the details of the press conference, here is the "story so far". Aaricia Silverstar was born and raised on Bespin, the daughter of Emmanuel Silverstar who funded Rebels and Janine Silverstar - an active recruiter for the Rebel Alliance. Aaricia was educated in the ways of treachery and terrorism, and began her fall into darkness at an early age.

Aaricia was a member of a band of traitors, a group of "soldiers" who spread terror throughout the galaxy in the name of a false freedom, for leaders who are nothing but murderers and pirates, and spread their filthy lies around the galaxy - feeding from the fear and growing wealthy from it.

But the proud Sentinel Company managed to stop her, and finally managed to capture her a few short weeks ago.

And it was this filthy traitor that was brought out with Captain Osir at yesterday's press conference. And without further delay, she began to speak:

"Citizens of Mos Entha!



Some of you may know me as ‘Mathilda Moonshine’ or ‘Salmia Lanark’. A lot of you will probably not recognize my face, but actually my name is Aaricia Silverstar. A number of weeks ago the Empire captured me as I attempted to protect my freedom and infiltrate an Imperial Database, but instead of executing me they showed their boundless mercy and have given me a beautiful gift. A new life.

They have also opened my eyes. SHown me the error of my ways, and shown me the lies that I believed to be truth. My mind, that was for so long sick, has now been healed.

I finally feel that I can see clearly, as if a veil had been lifted. I now realise how pathetic my life has been until now, intent on causing pain and bringing chaos to order. The Empire has cured me...

My family abused me, it was they who brainwashed me. It was they who took my hand and lead me downwards into darkness. It was they who convinced me that everything I held true was a lie, and replaced my beliefs with that of traitors and terrorists. I believed with all my heart that I was fighting for a good cause, but I was wrong and very ill. I was scared and unhappy, joining the terrorists because they seemed to offer hope, but it was a lie.

The Rebel terrorists have abused and mislead me more, forcing me to kill innocent people... they have worsened my illness, sending me into a spiral of fear, hate and unhappiness that I could see no end to.



But the Empire reached out and offered me help. They reached into the dark pool that I was submerged in, and pulled me out into the light. They saved me, and gave me hope.

I see now that the execution of my family was necessary in order to protect the galaxy. It was just punishment for their crimes. I should, by all rights, have been killed too - as they serve justice upon all those who threaten safety and innoncent lives. But the Emperor, in his infinite wisdom, decided to bestow upon me the greatest gift - life. I am thankful for this, and for the first time in my life I'm happy.

I have hope.

I have happiness.

I have life."

So there you have it, citizens. The traitor Aaricia Silverstar has been returned to the path of freedom, justice and life. Her self-destruction is no more and she will once again be able to lead a normal life, away from terror, fear and treachery.

She is a living example of the Emperor's great mercy.
